These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pour mobile application ("Pour," "the app," "we," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Pour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Pour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Pour. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Pour is an educational and entertainment tool for adults of legal drinking age. Pour does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol.

Pour is designed to help you enjoy mixology responsibly. The app does not encourage or promote excessive alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and never drink and drive.
The Pour app, including its design, branding, graphics, animations, and original content, is the intellectual property of Pour and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Cocktail recipes themselves are generally not subject to copyright. However, the specific descriptions, presentation, photography, and curated collections within Pour are protected.
Pour is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pour and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, or lost data.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pour and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County, Arkansas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pour regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior agreements.
